A Word From The Chairman
In 1990 I felt there was a need to bring a more professional approach to the lower end of building and maintenance projects for commercial clients and started Redfern Building Services to fill that role.
MY mission statement for the business was to provide a complete, professional, quality service providing long term employment for local people and by doing those things well to provide a dividend for the shareholder.
Twenty-Five years on and looking back, I can say we have achieved those objectives.
The small jobs have led us into bigger contracts and we now carry out a wide range of work, some Architect led, and some for private clients, but the ethos that made us successful still remains.
Our business is about people and it's no surprise to me that many of our customers and employees are still with us from those early days.
