Suffering from several years of neglect, this Grade II listed dwelling in Northallerton required a full restoration. Following instruction from the client, Redfern Building Services carried out all works including re-roofing works, construction of new oak framed pool house, conservatory, hardstanding works, and construction of oak framed garage port.
As part of the works, an internal refurbishment and re-roofing works were also undertaken to a detached cottage.
Such was the scale of the works, and architectural importance of the building, liaison between architect, client, builder and conservation officer was imperative to ensure all works were completed successfully.
