Following steady growth for the last 25 years, Redfern Building Services Ltd were in need of a larger office and workshop to sustain present and future growth.
Redfern's decided to seize the opportunity and purchase available land at a local industrial estate, South Church Enterprise Park, and set about building a customised light industrial unit with office, workshop and garage to meet the needs of the business.
The building contains two office spaces, board room, garage, workshop area, two kitchens and two sets of toilets.

This fire-damaged three-bedroom semi-detached house in Darlington was in need of repair and replacment works. Supplemented by Council grant fundings to improve the aesthetics of shop fronts in the town of Bishop Auckland... Owned by Lord Crewe's Charity, this stable block had been unused for several years and required full restoration.
