Larger Project Works

We consider our larger project works generally to be in the range of £25,000 to £250,000 and we would be typically running 3 to 4 of those projects at any one time.

We manage these with a full-time working Site Manager supported by one of our Contracts Managers.

Our client base includes Insurance Companies, Private Clients, Commercial Clients, Local Authorities and Public Bodies.

Much of our work in this area is competitively tenedered and Architect led, however we do also retain a good amount of work done on a negotiated basis.

We have undertaken individual projects in excess of £1,000,000.

We provide a complete service from start to finish, managing all of the trades and sub-contractors to provide the best solution, delivered on time and within the set budget and in accordance with all appropriate regulations.

Our scope of work is very extensive. With a vast and distinguished portfolio in Alteration Works, Refurbishments, New Builds, Factory and Showroom Extensions and works on listed buildings.

We can also offer a design and build service in conjunction with our Local Architect and Surveyor professionals.
