Maintenance work continues to be a core area of our business. We offer re-active repairs and maintenance works to commercial clients throughout the North-East of England.
We look after several National High Street Retailers, Shopping Centres and Industrial Complexes alongside multiple commercial buildings, shops, offices, factories and workplaces.
We offer a full spectrum of maintenance services, and for clients placing regular work with us we provide a 24-hour 365 days a year Call Out Service with a 2-hour response time.
Our re-active maintenance team prides itself on excellent customer service. Our ethos is to understand our clients' needs and then become a problem solving service for them. then, with our friendly and professional office staff, our clients have every confidence in ringing our Helpdesk with any problems, knowing we resolve them.
Our operatives are all 'on the books' employees, fully trained tradesmen with the relevant CSCS card for their trade. As a minimum, they will have Manual Handling Training, UKATA Asbestos Awareness Training, Abrasive Wheels Training, Working At A Height Training.
We operate as a full professioanl outfitted team; all of our Maintenance Team have full uniforms with corporate branding, along with branded high-visibility vests and jackets to make them easily identifiable on site. They will arrive on site in a fully equipped, fully lettered company van and all have gone through an Enhanced DBS check.
On site, our operatives are polite but efficient and we are all well-versed in safe working practices within retail environments.
We have several National Retailers and National Housing Associations who have used our services for over 15-years continously.
These are the types of long lasting relationships we look to build with all our clients. We believe this can only be done by providing a high quality service, both at the site of the repair but also with the back-up required from the office-based staff.
We are all accustomed to working for larger contractors to cover the North East area where they have a National Maintenance contract. We are happy to deal with all of the required paperwork, job sheets, progress reports and performance monitoring that these contracts require.
